And as Moira Rose so perfectly said: “Take a thousand naked pictures of yourself now… you may currently think, ‘Oh, I’m too spooky,’ or ‘Nobody wants to see these tiny boobies.’ But believe me, one day you will look at those photos with much kinder eyes and say, ‘Dear God, I was a beautiful thing!’”
I’ll be honest — it took me some convincing to do a boudoir shoot. I’m not someone who naturally gravitates toward being in front of a camera, let alone for something as intimate as boudoir photography. But from the very first conversation, Emily had a way of making me feel seen and genuinely at ease.
She listened to what I wanted and helped me shape a shoot that felt completely like me — a soft, dreamy vintage vibe that was romantic and beautiful without ever feeling uncomfortable or out of my depth. I even wore my mom’s robe from the early 70’s which made the whole experience feel even more personal and meaningful.
